Our ultimate goal at Pace Physio is to guide our clients back to full function as soon as possible. As passionate runners and athletes, we understand the impact injuries can have. That’s why we are committed to minimising the time away from your sport through expert knowledge and guidance.

We are specialists in our area. We genuinely love what we do and that allows us to stay updated with the best evidence when it comes to helping our clients. We use a range of objective measures to assess and track progress and we utilise our full access to gym facilities to provide expert care.

A Small Team, A Big Commitment

At Pace Physio, we believe that the best physiotherapy care comes from practitioners who genuinely care – about their patients, their sport and their recovery. As a small, specialist physiotherapy clinic in Hove, Brighton, we are able to offer something that larger clinics often cannot: time, attention and a truly personalised experience from the moment you walk through the door.

We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you are a recreational runner returning from your first injury or an elite athlete preparing for competition, your goals matter to us and your treatment will reflect that.

Our physiotherapy clinic is based within the excellent facilities at Riptide Health + Fitness in Hove Park, East Sussex, giving us full access to a professional gym space that allows us to go beyond the treatment table and support your recovery in a meaningful, practical way.
