We specialise in treating runners and sports injuries so if you come for an initial physiotherapy assessment you can expect a thorough assessment to identify the root cause of your injury, followed by a structured rehabilitation plan tailored to your sport and your return-to-performance.
If you are suffering from tightness or reduced range of motion we may also incoporate our advanced manual therapy skills, including soft-tissue release, taping or medical acupuncture (also known as dry needling).
For those wanting to take a proactive approach, we have created a bespoke “Stride Strong” assessment which delves into all aspects of running health. We also offer 1-1 Strength and Conditioning sessions.

It depends on your injury and how long it has been present. Most of our clients will see significant improvements between 3-6 sessions. We’ll give you an honest estimate at your first session based on your specific presentation — we don’t book patients in for unnecessary appointments.
